JOB SUMMARY

The Data & Analytics Associate delivers daily and strategic flash reports to senior management, providing critical insights for informed decisions, and supplies key financial and operational reports for strategic planning. The role is also responsible for stewarding Qliksense as a business intelligence tool to ensure effective Customer Relationship Management, operational efficiency, and streamlined user experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generates daily flash reports for senior management, alternating with Data & Analytics Officer and Assistant Manager, providing essential insights into overall and segmented revenue and profitability, property traffic, and significant player activity, for informed decision-making.

  • Delivers key financial and operational reports—including FICO, Drop Reconciliation, Chips Purchase, Master Segment, Hotel Lodgers, and Hotel Occupancy—to finance and senior management, providing essential references for strategic decision-making.

  • Creates and manages Qliksense dashboards designed to optimize operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and provide an enhanced user experience

  • Collaborates with various departments to gather their data requirements and translates them into insightful dashboards and visualizations to help with their decision-making strategies.

  • Assists in identifying areas for improvement in data processes and in the automation of data collection and reporting tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Programming, Computer Science or other relevant field.
  • At least three (1) year experience in Sales Configuration or other CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to collate, analyze, and derive/present insights from data
  • Proficient in statistical techniques and tools
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Powerpoint
  • Advanced skills in Dynamic System Reporting(DRS),SQL,and SAS is an advantage
  • Positive confidentiality personality
