This position will be part of our PH Operations – Power Marketing/Origination Support Team and will be responsible for maintaining the RFP tracking system/database, the IRP tracking system/database (smartsheets and reviewing various online sources), highlighting relevant RFP/IRP's that are a fit or relevant for the Adapture team. Additionally, the position will be responsible for maintaining boiler plate proposal and presentation materials and assembling initial draft proposals (word). Additionally, the position will be responsible for manipulating various excel models related to market energy data forecasts (excel) and producing data outputs and commentary analysis.

This position will report to Head of Operations Support & Engagement team and to the VP of Power Marketing. This is a hybrid position, with most of the time spent working from home but with office attendance from time to time, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, answer calls and emails, and handle correspondence.
  • Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
  • Prepare reports and presentations, and other related tasks/projects.
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners, if necessary.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Proofread documents, as needed.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, or Business with Finance background
  • 3-5+ years of related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge in Smartsheets
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, Intermediate to Advance Level (Word, Outlook, Excel)
