The Admin/HR - Payroll & Timekeeping Staff is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, managing timekeeping records, and performing general HR and administrative support functions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, or related field;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as Admin/HR - Payroll or Timekeeping;
  • With an experience within a Construction Industry;
  • Knowledgeable and exposed to a Payroll process and HR administrative functions;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially in Excel);
  • Computer literate and can operate any office machines/devices;
  • Willing to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate, review, and distribute pay slips, ensuring data confidentiality and addressing employee payroll queries.
  • Prepare and generate reports related to payroll, timekeeping, and employee data for management review.
  • Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage complex payroll computations, data analysis, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
