JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist in executing strategic and operational plans while coordinating with sales, service, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of mining projects and commitments.
  • Track site initiatives and maintain a centralized tracker of mining accounts, projects, and key programs.
  • Consolidate BU performance data (sales, margins, KPIs) and prepare regular management reports.
  • Build dashboards, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Support deployment of digital tools and document standard procedures for mining operations and reporting.
  • Ensure alignment across internal teams and facilitate coordination meetings with proper follow-up tracking.
  • Prepare presentations, forecasts, and summaries to support the BU Manager.
  • Conduct profitability, reliability, and contract performance analysis for mining accounts and product lines.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and provide market intelligence to strengthen BU strategies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years in business operations, project coordination, or performance analysis within mining or industrial sectors.
  • Proficient in Excel / Power BI, ERP, and CRM tools; experience with IIoT platforms, oil analysis, or reliability dashboards is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Driver's License is a Must.
