About the role

Become an integral part of the production team at LMTP Corporation as our new Production Engineer. In this full-time, on-site role based in Calamba City Laguna, you will play a vital part in optimising our manufacturing processes and equipment to enhance efficiency and productivity. With your strong mechanical engineering expertise, you will ensure our production lines are running smoothly and safely to meet our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement production strategies and plans to improve manufacturing output and quality
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment
  • Analyse production data to identify process improvements and resolve operational issues
  • Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Provide training and support to production staff on best practices and new technologies
  • Document and update standard operating procedures for production processes

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Production or Manufacturing Engineer in the mechanical/industrial sector
  • Strong technical skills in production planning, process improvement and equipment maintenance
  • Proficient in using data analysis and process improvement tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
