We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they're entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Global Benefits Team with benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, cafeteria plans, retirement plans, etc.
  • Update, maintain, and improve the benefits-related content on the People Pantry intranet
  • Responsible forthe US new hire benefits orientation
  • Responsible for Canadian benefits orientation, enrollment, and tier 1 support
  • Assist the US benefits team with Annual Open Enrollment
  • Assist the US benefits team with quarterly and annual compliance reporting, including ACA reporting, Non-discrimination testing, and state

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in people benefits.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Ability to adopt standard processes while applying customized approaches based on different cases.
  • Reporting and data analytics, process improvement,
  • Workday (or any equivalent HR tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
