We're looking for a Trucking Dispatcher to join our team and keep our fleet moving efficiently, safely, and on time.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule drivers, routes, and deliveries
  • Monitor truck locations and communicate updates to clients and drivers
  • Handle unexpected changes (traffic, weather, last-minute requests) with quick solutions
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of shipments and schedules
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to both drivers and clients

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solver with strong decision-making skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
