Loading Inspector

Monitors truck drivers during truck loading operations

• Accomplish documents pertaining to truck loading operations

• Communicates with Ops-Tech Filler Operator through a VHF/UHF two way radio the activities at the Bulk

Loading Gantry

• Conducts maintenance and housekeeping of assigned areas

• Monitors in emergency response

• Inspects product level in trucks' Cargo Oil Tank (COT)

• Verifies products loaded in each COT of a truck and validates it with pertinent documents prior to release of

truck

• Accomplishes relevant documents prior to the release of loaded truck

• Logs in a logbook/logsheet pertinent information related to truck liftings

• Manages lorry loading activities – generates and prepares delivery documents such as ATLs, Invoices, DNs,

checklists, COQs and gate passes.

• Coordinates regularly with the head office dispatch for amendments and status of loading or deliveries thru

email updates.

• Operates the ACCULOAD for lorry loading and records loading temperature.

• Monitors Inventory Management System software for actual shore tank content and target stop gauges during

barge operations.

• Accomplish documents pertaining to truck loading operations

• All other tasks that may be assigned to you relative to the performance of your duties and responsibilities.

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
