We're looking for a Payroll Expert who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring our people are paid right and on time, while helping us continuously improve our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll with accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle statutory contributions, reports, and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.)
- Maintain payroll records, validate timekeeping data, and reconcile discrepancies
- Support audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with HR and Finance for continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience handling Philippine payroll (preferably with 100+ headcount)
- Solid understanding of government-mandated benefits and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience using payroll systems (e.g., Sprout, or similar tools)
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset — you get things done and make processes better
