Business Operational Risk Specialist

The role is responsible for providing day-to-day support to Operations in AML/CFT matters, including clearing and investigating alerts, determining false or positive hits, and ensuring adherence to screening process in accordance with the AML/CFT Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Support

Provide support to Operations based on agreed SLAs, particularly in closing AML – NSS Day 1 Spike Alerts and potential CRR Day 1 Spike Alerts.

  • Reporting

Prepare accurate and timely reports with minimal supervision for review by the FCC Director and QA Manager.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration

Work closely with Compliance, Life Operations, and other FWD project departments as needed.

  • Other Duties

Perform tasks assigned by the Chief Life Legal and Compliance Officer to meet team and organizational targets, including participation in Compliance engagements and events.

Required Competencies

  • • College graduate
  • 2–3 years of experience in Life Insurance and Banking/Financial Services
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
