Job Summary: The Risk Associate role will play a key part in identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks across our organization. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring effective risk management practices, compliance with regulatory standards, and a culture of risk awareness within the organization.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying potential operational risks across various processes, departments and functions.
- Conduct or support RCSA processes to evaluate the effectiveness of controls and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop, monitor and report on KRIs to measure and track changes in risk Levels over time.
- Record and track operational risk incidents, investigate root causes and Recommend corrective actions to mitigate future risks.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve risk management practices, tools And methodologies within the organization.
- Provide assistance to the risk manager and officer in overseeing the Development and implementations of risk.
- Coordinates across all business lines to assist in identification, monitoring and monitoring and reporting of risk taken throughout the organization
- To provide support on all but not limited to the above deliverables.
