Job Summary: The Risk Associate role will play a key part in identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks across our organization. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring effective risk management practices, compliance with regulatory standards, and a culture of risk awareness within the organization.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in identifying potential operational risks across various processes, departments and functions.
  2. Conduct or support RCSA processes to evaluate the effectiveness of controls and identify areas of improvement.
  3. Develop, monitor and report on KRIs to measure and track changes in risk Levels over time.
  4. Record and track operational risk incidents, investigate root causes and Recommend corrective actions to mitigate future risks.
  5. Proactively seek opportunities to improve risk management practices, tools And methodologies within the organization.
  6. Provide assistance to the risk manager and officer in overseeing the Development and implementations of risk.
  7. Coordinates across all business lines to assist in identification, monitoring and monitoring and reporting of risk taken throughout the organization
  8. To provide support on all but not limited to the above deliverables.
