Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payroll cycles accurately and on time.
  • Review and verify timesheets, attendance, and work hours.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and related data in the payroll system.
  • Ensure proper deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
  • Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management and auditing purposes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure accurate employee data.
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies or errors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of payroll processing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll software systems
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
