
Payroll Staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payroll cycles accurately and on time.
- Review and verify timesheets, attendance, and work hours.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and related data in the payroll system.
- Ensure proper deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management and auditing purposes.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related issues.
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure accurate employee data.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies or errors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of payroll processing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll software systems
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
