Position: Product Head

Location: BGC Taguig , Philippines

Work Setup: Hybrid

Type of Employment: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the Wireless/Wireline product portfolio.
  • Provide strategic direction, develop product strategies, and create execution plans for products within the portfolio.
  • Define, review, and continuously update product specifications and service levels based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Ensure portfolio profitability by optimizing product costs and driving sustainable revenue growth.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities to build and maintain a clear product roadmap.
  • Consolidate demand forecasts within the portfolio and initiate business viability assessments for potential infrastructure developments.
  • Lead extended product teams, including project delivery and support teams, to ensure product specifications and desired customer experience are delivered.
  • Vendor contracts and agreements
  • Product decks and information sheets
  • End-to-end product processes
  • FAQs and billing-related documentation
  • Customer journey and experience documentation
  • Training and enablement materials
  • Collaborate with segment and trade marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies and execution.
  • Serve as a key contributor in developing marketing materials, client pitch decks, and internal training resources.

Qualifications

  • Preferably with experience in the IT and/or Telecommunications industry.
  • Preferably with a Marketing background.
  • Strong understanding of basic to advanced concepts in:
  • P&L Management
  • Product Management
  • Marketing and Brand Management
  • Project Management
  • Strong foundation in product and marketing principles
  • Proven leadership and people management capabilities
  • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Solid financial management skills, with focus on profitability and cost optimization
  • Highly customer-centric mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php175, Php180,000.00 per month
