About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling—someone who's confident in communicating their own design ideas and thrives in environments where brand foundations are still being built.

In this role, you'll help shape the visual identity of a high-trust brand at the intersection of healthcare and AI, collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership teams to design digital and print assets that engage specialist clinicians, support product launches, and simplify cutting-edge AI features.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for a designer looking to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, with real ownership over brand development and creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a wide range of visual assets across digital and print: web graphics, brochures, email campaigns, ads, infographics, presentations, onboarding material, and more.
• Translate complex, clinical, and AI-driven content into intuitive and engaging visual formats.
• Support multichannel marketing efforts across web, email, social media, and print.
• Develop and maintain brand systems and scalable design libraries to ensure visual consistency and growth as the brand evolves.
• Create compelling sales, training, and educational content using tools like Canva, Figma, and Google Suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align design execution with strategic objectives.
• Communicate design ideas clearly, contributing to layout and visual strategy conversations as templates and brand assets are created.
• Contribute to user experience by optimizing graphics for web and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on accessibility and clarity.
• Participate in design reviews, user feedback sessions, and iterative creative processes.
• Assist in light motion graphics or video editing for product demos, testimonials, or social media (if applicable).

Competencies and QualificationsMust-Have

• 4–6 years of professional design experience, ideally in tech, healthcare, or similarly complex environments.
• Experience creating content tailored for B2B social platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clear visual storytelling, especially in technical or regulated domains.
• Advanced skills in Figma, Canva, and Google Suite.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience developing and maintaining brand systems and scalable design libraries.
• Expertise in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven ability to adapt designs across multiple channels (web, print, email, social).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; experience working with product, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Proactive and idea-driven, confident in shaping layouts, contributing to brand direction, and designing with long-term scalability in mind.

Nice-to-Have

• Skills in videography, including editing interviews or testimonials for social media.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, especially in healthcare or regulated spaces.
• Understanding of accessibility, inclusivity, and content adaptation across diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
