Position: Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Graphic Designer)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Schedule: Part-Time (10 AM Perth time onwards)

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Part-Time Virtual Assistant with strong graphic design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and organizational ability, supporting us with both design projects and general administrative tasks.

This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, versatile, and eager to contribute to the success of our projects and overall operations.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design marketing materials, presentations, reports, and branded assets.
  • Create visually appealing content for social media, newsletters, and websites.
  • Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or Figma.

Project Support & Coordination

  • Assist in managing ongoing design and marketing projects.
  • Track timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to refine design briefs.

Administrative Support

  • Manage emails, schedule appointments, and organize files.
  • Support in creating documents, reports, and basic data entry.
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, VA with design skills, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma or similar).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
