About Us

We are a digital marketing and consulting group, primarily focused on the fitness and health industry, but we're now branching out into other eCommerce brands. We're looking for a top-tier Graphic Designer with extensive experience in marketing and paid advertising graphics, a strong understanding of direct response design, and the drive to push creative boundaries and deliver high-impact visuals—because that's our culture.

Responsibilities

  • Product Visualization: Create high-converting and eye-catching ad design for paid social and email marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing-Oriented Design: Develop visuals that align with campaign objectives, ensuring they capture attention, effectively communicate brand messaging and drive engagement and sales.
  • Creative Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visuals that elevate brands and engage target audiences.
  • Consistency Across Platforms: Ensure that all designs maintain a cohesive look and feel across various channels while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and ad creative strategies to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing and paid advertising graphics.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing direct response ad creatives and product visualization.
  • Creative Vision: Deep understanding of conversion-focused design principles (color psychology, call-to-action placement, etc.)
  • Marketing Insight: Understanding of how visual content can influence consumer behavior and drive engagement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva and other relevant design tools.
  • Deadline-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Location: Based in the Philippines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php Php600.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
