Overview:

We're looking for a versatile Graphics and UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into visually engaging, user-friendly, and high-performing designs. The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a technical doer — skilled in graphic design, user experience, motion graphics, and video editing.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across web, mobile, and digital product design, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

We primarily use Figma and Adobe CC tools, familiarity with those or their equivalents is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce digital and print assets including marketing materials, website collaterals, and social media graphics.
  • Develop user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that prioritize usability, functionality, and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketers to ensure cohesive design implementation across all platforms.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and video content for campaigns, product showcases, and social media.
  • Edit and enhance video projects using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and design iterations to continually improve product experiences.
  • Maintain organized design systems, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, and multimedia production.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to show their portfolio of visual and/or user experience product designs, with an emphasis on web or mobile application development.
  • We primarily use Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools — familiarity with these or their equivalents is required.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, visual hierarchy, and responsive design practices.
  • Experience in motion design, animation, and video editing for digital content.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a sharp eye for design detail.
