About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
E-Commerce Operations Specialist
to manage and scale our
multi-platform cross-border e-commerce business
across
Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Amazon
. This role requires strong operational execution, product scaling expertise, and data-driven decision-making to drive sustainable marketplace growth across Southeast Asia and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end daily operations
    across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Amazon
  • Maintain and optimize
    product listings
    , pricing strategies, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment
  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    platform campaigns
    , flash sales, vouchers, and promotional tools
  • Lead
    product scaling and marketplace growth
    , including viral single-product strategies
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring across platforms
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners for smooth cross-border fulfillment
  • Monitor store health, platform compliance, ratings, and customer feedback
  • Analyze KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, inventory turnover, and profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on
    TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and platform-native advertising
  • Work with affiliates, influencers, and content creators to drive traffic and sales
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to management
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of cross-border e-commerce operations experience
  • Hands-on experience managing
    Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and/or Amazon stores
  • Proven track record in
    scaling high-performing or viral products
  • Strong understanding of marketplace backend systems, analytics, and policies
  • Experience operating in
    Southeast Asia, Middle East, or Africa
    markets is preferred
  • Knowledge of digital advertising (
    TikTok Ads / Meta Ads
    ) is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
    with excellent communication abilities
  • Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
