Role

The Sales Agent is authorized under an Authority to Sell contract to market, promote, and sell the company's vape products. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, health regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities:

Present, demonstrate, and sell vape products to retailers and/or end consumers within the assigned territory.

Act only within the scope, territory, and conditions specified in the Authority to Sell contract.

Maintain updated knowledge of the company's product lines, promotions, and pricing.

Educate customers on proper product use and legal requirements for sale.

Collect orders, process transactions, and remit payments in accordance with company policy.

Maintain accurate sales and inventory records for accountability and reporting.

Ensure compliance with all national and local regulations on the sale of vape products, including age restrictions and packaging requirements.

Report competitor activities and market feedback to management.

Requirements:


•Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, tobacco, or vape-related products.


•Strong communication and persuasion skills.


•Understanding of vape product use and regulatory environment.


•Ability to work independently under the terms of the Authority to Sell contract.


•Commitment to ethical sales practices and customer service excellence.

Nature of Engagement:

This engagement is governed by the Authority to Sell contract. The agent is expected to perform duties in accordance with the contract terms, applicable labor provisions, and industry regulations. The status (employee or independent contractor) shall be determined by the level of control and supervision as provided in the Labor Code and relevant jurisprudence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
