Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Setting & Cold Calling:

Cold Calling: Contact architecture and engineering firms from a pre-established list of leads. Your goal will be to initiate meaningful conversations and effectively pitch the benefits of meeting with our team.

Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule 3-4 meetings per week, ensuring that they align with the team's availability and objectives. Be proactive in following up with leads and nurturing relationships to convert cold calls into warm opportunities.

Engaging Prospects: Use a friendly, approachable, and professional conversational tone to connect with prospects, maintaining a warm and open dialogue that encourages them to schedule a meeting.

Active Listening & Adaptability: Listen actively to the prospects' needs and tailor your pitch accordingly, addressing pain points and guiding them towards scheduling a meeting.

Data Management & Reporting:

Tracking Leads: Log all activities, calls, and meetings in Excel and Notion, keeping accurate records of each interaction. Ensure that your data is updated and organized so that our team can easily follow up and keep track of outreach progress.

Updating CRM: Ensure that all lead details, progress, and meeting statuses are correctly documented in the CRM tool (Notion/Excel), ensuring seamless communication within the team.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

Flexibility: Be open to performing ad-hoc tasks as required, such as researching additional prospects, assisting with data organization, or supporting team members with follow-up communications as needed.

Assist with Special Projects: Occasionally assist with other administrative or support tasks related to lead generation, data entry, or client communications.

Qualifications:

Experience & Skills:

Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or a similar sales-focused role is preferred.

A conversational and approachable tone that mimics a flexible, American accent.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle 3-4 meetings per week consistently.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to speak confidently and comfortably to potential clients.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage leads in Excel/Notion and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate data management.

Work Availability:

Must be available to work 11 AM - 2 PM US EST (flexibility with hours is appreciated but not required).

Ability to work without the expectation of working on holidays (no holiday work required).

Additional Qualities:

Adaptability: Must be open to performing ad-hoc tasks and supporting other operational needs as they arise.

Self-Starter: Must be able to work independently, follow through with tasks, and proactively solve problems.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure that all information is logged accurately and all tasks are completed promptly.
