The Administrative Officer will work closely with and under the supervision of our Administration Manager based in Australia. This role supports the administrative operations of our organization and ensures efficient internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electronic filing and documentation management
  • Forward correspondence to Future Assist clients (no direct client contact required)
  • Collate reports for Future Assist clients
  • Prepare general mail and maintain the ticketing/open case system for incoming client and department queries
  • Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the Australian administration team

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Graduate of any Business-related course
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
