RSS is seeking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our established team. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to work closely with clients and stakeholders.
This role is based in Clark Pampanga.

Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily business operations. This role will involve data entry, processing client information, preparing heat load calculations using our design software, and coordinating unit orders. The successful candidate will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle client enquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry into company systems.
- Complete heat load calculations using in-house design software (training provided).
- Enter and maintain client details in our database.
- Process and coordinate orders for air conditioning units with suppliers.
- Assist with preparation of job-related documents and reports.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company and client information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Solid understanding and skills with AI.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable office setup.
