About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our dynamic team at BATANGAS COUNTRY CLUB Hotel and Resort (PCK Trade and Realty Corporation). As a full-time Barista, you will be responsible for serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our discerning guests, creating an exceptional customer experience in our vibrant cafe.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and serving a wide variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages using professional equipment and techniques
  2. Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
  3. Maintaining a clean and organized working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  4. Assisting in the preparation and presentation of food items, such as pastries and light snacks
  5. Participating in inventory management and product ordering to ensure sufficient stock levels
  6. Collaborating with the food and beverage team to enhance the overall guest experience

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  2. Thorough knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and barista techniques
  3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and developments in the coffee industry
  6. A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and contributing to a positive team dynamic
