We are Planas Chuliganas, a European BPO with a 500+ strong team, expanding in Cebu

We're looking for a People & Recruitment Lead — someone with vision, creativity, and the discipline to build a recruitment culture from the ground up by hiring great people.

This is not a traditional recruiter role. We want someone who can shape who we are as a company through the people they bring in — from agents to operations staff — while driving a recruitment process that's fast, smart, and values-driven.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the full recruitment strategy — from sourcing to culture fit to long-term talent planning
  • Recruit everyone from frontline agents to key admin roles
  • Build and refine our hiring philosophy, values, selection standards, and recruitment playbook
  • Represent our company culture to candidates and help define it internally
  • Track recruitment metrics, improve processes, and ensure we hire consistently excellent talent
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (BPO preferred but not required)
  • Someone who thinks beyond CV-matching
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to inspire confidence in candidates
  • Fast, adaptable, organized, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when volume hits
