As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accounting Staff.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Payments to Suppliers:

  • Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and execute payments to suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Invoicing and Official Receipts Issuances:

  • Generate accurate and timely invoices for custom corporate clothing and merchandising services.
  • Issue official receipts in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain organized records of all invoices and official receipts.

Tracking of Clients Payments and Collection Follow-up:

  • Monitor and track client payments to ensure timely receipt.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with clients on overdue payments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any payment-related issues.

Payments for Government Related Bills:

  • Process and remit payments for government-related bills and taxes.
  • Stay updated on relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for regulatory purposes.

General Accounting Support:

  • Assist in the month-end closing process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • 2 or 3 years of experience in Accounting Associate role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undergo training and continuous learning.
  • Can start immediately.
  • Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City.
