ACCOUNTING STAFF

This position will be mainly assigned in processing of Journal Voucher and will assist the Accounting Supervisor and Accounting Manager in ensuring that all relevant journal entries of the Company are performed in complete, accurate, and timely manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Reviews relevant supporting documents for accuracy and completeness; coordinates with the relevant departments for any issues noted
  • Determines the proper entries for the transactions and encodes them into the system
  • Prepares and prints the journal vouchers
  • Ensures timely response to both internal and external communications, regarding outstanding balances, supplier ledgers, payments, and other related concerns
  • Safe keeps the vouchers and attachments in an orderly manner
  • Prepares special reports and other related tasks as necessary

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology, Management Accounting or any relevant course.
  • Previous experience in accounting is preferable
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Ability to work and coordinate effectively with various types of people and department
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to work on Saturday
