Role Overview

The EB-3 Program Nurse Interviewer is a part-time, Philippines-based position, whose job is to support both the Programs and Clinical Services Teams at Interstaff by conducting interviews of nurses wishing to join the EB-3 Visa Program.

In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your clinical knowledge to conduct comprehensive interviews with nurses to assess their clinical competencies and ensure they meet the requirements for employment with Interstaff. You will also be responsible for answering questions about Interstaff and directing nurses to key resources and information. Lastly, you will be responsible for noting any new findings or regional developments discovered during interviews with the EB-3 Team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to evaluate nursing practice effectively. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity.

Functions of the Role:

• Conduct structured interviews with nurses to evaluate their clinical skills, knowledge, and experience. Utilize standardized assessment tools and interview techniques to assess competencies in areas such as patient care, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.
• Leverage background knowledge and company resources to inform nurses about Interstaff during the interview.
• Answer questions and direct nurses to Interstaff resources to help them better understand our agency.
• Document interview findings for continued hospital and licensure research, including strengths, areas of concern, and recommendations for hiring decisions.

Role Qualifications:

• Minimum of College Degree in related field (nursing, psychology, human resources management, or similar)
• Minimum of 2 years experience required in a clinical setting
• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• High level of accountability, proven ability to take ownership and solve problems
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Time management skills and self-efficacy
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask and troubleshoot
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and stay on schedule
• Excellent documentation, communication, and computer skills

Job Type:

• Part-time, 3-5 hour shift, with flexibility (day shift, evening shift)
• Must be willing to work non-typical hours in order to align with US-based staff meetings and interviews for nurses in different regions of the world

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
