About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Multi Skilled Technician to join our team in Paranaque City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential facilities management and maintenance services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our client properties.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing general maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work
  • Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address issues proactively
  • Responding promptly to service requests and troubleshooting problems to minimise disruption
  • Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and work orders
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborating with the facilities management team to optimise operations and services

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a multi-skilled technician or in a similar facilities maintenance role
  • Strong technical skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry disciplines
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and customer service orientation
  • Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
