Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design & Content Creation:Design creative and compelling visual content for advertising and marketing purposes, including flyers, billboards, signage, posters, e-blasts, newsletters, and digital assets.
  • Marketing Collateral Development:
  • Develop marketing materials that align with the company's branding and messaging.
  • Photo & Video Editing:
  • Edit photos and videos for social media and other platforms.
  • Client Project Coordination:
  • Assist in managing client projects, including branding and digital design initiatives.
  • Calendar & Meeting Management:
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings as needed.
  • Branding & Advertising Content:
  • Create engaging and on-brand content for various advertising channels, including social media, digital campaigns, and traditional print.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
  • Experience with content creation for social media, including resizing and formatting.
  • Strong skills in photo and video editing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in branding and marketing.
  • Support the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all platforms.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and maintain an organized workflow for projects.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss project requirements and deliverables.
  • Perform simple video editing tasks, ensuring high-quality output and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for campaigns and events.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for both print and digital platforms, including resizing for social media and other specific formats.
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must be comfortable working with time trackers
  • Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, web camera, and noise cancelling headset)
