JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Officer is responsible for driving day-to-day marketing activities across content creation, brand development, and event execution. The role oversees the brands' digital presence, ensures consistency in branding, and manages on-ground initiatives and marketing requirements to support overall business growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

BRAND MANAGEMENT

· Develops brand strategy, including the setting of voice, guidelines, vision and value proposition

· Plans and executes all communications and media actions on all channels, including online, social media and brick and mortar operations

· Ensures all brand materials comply with established brand guidelines and visual identity

· Develops and executes brand-building initiatives such as brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal brand activations

· Coordinates with designers, suppliers, and external partners for production of brand collaterals (in-store displays, brochures, digital assets, etc.)

· Conducts regular competitor scans to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and improvement

· Maintains organized brand asset libraries and ensures all teams have access to updated materials

· Mounts influencer collaborations, seeding activities, and content briefs to support amplification

CONTENT CREATION & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

· Develops, plans, and executes content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging

· Manages daily posting schedules and community engagement

· Coordinates with internal teams to gather content needs, product updates, and campaign requirements

· Monitors social media performance, analyzes insights, and recommends strategies to improve engagement and reach

· Ensures all published content reflects current trends, aligns with marketing objectives, and is optimized per platform

· Assists in influencer collaborations, seeding activities, and content briefs to support amplification

EVENT MANAGEMENT

· Assists in planning, coordinating, and executing events such as in-store activations, product demos etc.

· Manages logistics including venue coordination, supplier sourcing, manpower requirements, booth design, and event materials

· Oversees on-ground execution, ensuring smooth flow, proper brand representation, and successful customer engagement

· Monitors event performance and assists in gathering post-event evaluations, photos, data, and learnings

GENERAL

· Maintains the confidentiality of all information and documents he/she has access to inside the Company

· Adheres to the standards set by the Company on work attitude and ethics, proper uniform, and performance, including the TOP Vision, Mission and Values

· Performs other tasks that may be deemed necessary by the superior from time to time

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (skills, knowledge, etc.):

Strong content creation skills

Deep understanding of social media platform and its users

Basic graphic and video editing skills

Highly organized and able to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and people skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field

· With at least 2-year experience in marketing
