Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist with a strong background in graphic design to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively promote our brand, products, and services. Your graphic design skills will be essential in creating visually appealing marketing materials that engage our target audience and enhance our brand image.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and other promotional content.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials, maintaining the company's visual identity and tone.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement and manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.
  • Stay Current: Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices in marketing and graphic design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and PPC advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
