ShareJob DescriptionDescriptionPrepares a variety of legal documents under the guidance of staff attorneys and firm management, including summonses, complaints, government filings, and compliance documentation (SEC, BIR, DTI, PEZA, BOI, LGU, etc.). Conducts legal research and drafts legal documents, memos, and pleadings as instructed by supervising attorneys. Organizes, dockets, and maintains legal files.

Prepares layouts for mine development and related procedures. Plans and coordinates the employment of mining staff and equipment, considering efficiency, safety, and environmental conditions. Coordinates with geologists and engineers regarding design, selection, and provision of machinery, facilities, and systems for mining, including infrastructure such as access roads, water, and power supplies.

Works with the operations team to ensure proper implementation of plans. Supervises the construction of mines and the installation of plants and equipment. Ensures compliance with mining regulations.

Conducts research to improve mine efficiency and safety, and establishes first aid, safety protocols, and emergency services facilities at the mines. Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor. QualificationsLicense as a mining engineer or equivalent.

Experience in the mining industry. Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems. Good oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge in regulation, risk management, audit management, legal research, policy development, compliance monitoring, communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving is preferred.
