JOB PURPOSE

  • Consolidation of inventory in all plants and the warehouse.
  • Checking and review of the availability of raw materials.
  • Assists in coming up with weekly and monthly MPIC reports.

JOB SCOPE

  • Consolidates market requirements considering STR'S, TOA'S, MAR'S etc.

  • Assists in the updating of the consolidated inventory movement.

  • Review and make a report on the incoming and ongoing clearance of raw material and/or GI/GL importations.
  • Coordinates with production on color sequence scheduling based on availability of paints and substrate inventory, and PU scheduling.
  • Updating of PPGI, GI/GL, or other non-galvanized materials inventory.
  • Supervision of unloading and storage of incoming materials.
  • Coordinates with RFD plants and warehouse and finance inventory matters for consolidated inventory based on physical counts and reconciliation with production, RFD and finance records.
  • Attend to tolling arrangements.
  • Feedback and information to the MPIC Manager/Asst. Manager on matters concerning delivery, storage, production schedule, raw material availability; other duties that may be assigned by superior.

QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND OH&S RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts plant and warehouse visits to assess quality systems and do Safety Observations.
  • Supports and demonstrates ownership of health and safety in his/her own area of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably licensed, but not required.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1-2 years of experience with the company in production business know-how, preferably in Cement or Steel industry.

SKILLS NEEDED

  • Possess analytical skills
  • MS Office proficient
  • Basic supervisory skills
  • ISO and safety orientation
  • Basic knowledge of the MPIC processes and procedures.
