About the Role

Yondu, Inc. is looking for a Power Apps Developer who will design, develop, and implement business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in delivering real-world Power Apps solutions that drive efficiency and automation across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy canvas and model-driven apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Develop and automate business workflows with Power Automate, integrating with SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Create and manage Dataverse tables, connectors, and APIs to enable seamless data flow between systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly app designs.
  • Ensure data integrity, role-based security, and compliance within the Power Platform environment.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Power Apps solutions, providing continuous improvements and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with project teams, business analysts, and end users to deliver functional and efficient solutions.
  • Document app design, development, and maintenance processes for knowledge sharing and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience developing applications with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Has been involved in at least 5 Power Apps projects — including design, development, and deployment phases.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, process automation, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online, Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Experience with Power Fx, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Microsoft certification in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Power Virtual Agents, or Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work closely with cross-functional teams.
