Core responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Develop and execute brand strategies that align with company objectives, including brand guidelines, vision, and value propositions.
- Marketing campaigns: Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, print, and broadcast.
- Market and competitive analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, monitor marketing trends, and analyze competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, product development, and design, to ensure brand consistency.
- Performance analysis: Track and analyze brand performance metrics, sales data, and customer satisfaction to adjust strategies and drive profitability.
- Product development: Contribute to new product launches, pricing strategies, and packaging design.
- Budget management: Create and manage advertising, campaign, and promotional budgets.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Strong market research and analytical skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and creative oversight abilities.
