Corporate Branding Manager

This role is responsible for leading in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, market share, and profitability. This role leads brand positioning, and oversees marketing initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams. They ensure that brand messaging campaigns align with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts market and competitor analysis for brand strategy
- Leads brand planning and execution
- Leads brand messaging and campaign direction
- Leads new product development (NPD) initiatives including feasibility, positioning, launch strategy
- Creates national programs to increase product awareness and drive trial
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience in Brand Marketing
- Experience in Marketing agency is an advantage
- Experience in handling people/team
- Amenable to work on a hybrid work set-up
