Research

  • Briefs research agency on objectives of research
  • Aligns on scope and methods of research
  • Attends Focus Group Discussions
  • Aligns with Global on results
  • Recommends next steps on launch or product innovation/ improvement
  • Conducts backyard research

Crisis / Consumer Complaints Management

  • Coordinate / align with regulatory, PR agency, legal team, and other stakeholders on action points agreed

Coordination with Global

Aligns with global marketing on directions for:

  • POSMs, key visuals
  • TV Commercials
  • Researches
  • QOR deck
  • New Product Development
