- Briefs research agency on objectives of research
- Aligns on scope and methods of research
- Attends Focus Group Discussions
- Aligns with Global on results
- Recommends next steps on launch or product innovation/ improvement
- Conducts backyard research
Crisis / Consumer Complaints Management
- Coordinate / align with regulatory, PR agency, legal team, and other stakeholders on action points agreed
Coordination with Global
Aligns with global marketing on directions for:
- POSMs, key visuals
- TV Commercials
- Researches
- QOR deck
- New Product Development
