Brand Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to build and strengthen the brand identity and image.
- Maintain the integrity and consistency of the brand across all channels, communication, and product lines.
- Conduct market research and detailed analysis (highly analytical) of sales data, consumer trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and sales performance (goal-oriented).
- Serve as the central leader, coordinating and collaborating with sales, product development, creative, and external agencies to ensure project alignment and successful delivery (strong leadership skills).
- Manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring keen attention to detail in tracking expenditures and maximizing ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5 years relevant working experience as Brand Manager.
- Excellent communication and strong leadership skills.
- Goal oriented, highly analytical with keen attention to details.
