MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR is responsible for

  • Implementing production plans, ensuring that production schedules are followed, and making certain that products are produced on time
  • Implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols
  • Ensuring optimum efficiency and high quality output
  • Coaching employees and conducting training for new hires and existing employees
  • Ensuring implementation of 5S
  • Enforcing policies and ensuring safe working environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess a bachelor's degree
  • Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience at a manufacturing plant
  • Must have excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Must have high level of maturity and strong work ethic
