Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Inventory & Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the warehouse, including shipping and receiving, material handling, and inventory control. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations, managing forklift operations, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and movements.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills for effectively overseeing warehouse staff and operations
  • Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling
  • Proficiency in Inventory Control and maintaining accurate records
  • Certified Forklift Operation skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus
