Responsibilities:

  • This role supervises multiple engagements to deliver high quality services on time and efficiently.
  • Coordinates engagement management and effectively contributes to achieving revenue and profit objectives, engagement realization and the allocation of resources.
  • Helps review the work of less experienced members of the team.
  • Builds and maintain strong relationships with middle to senior level staff internally and externally. 
  • Drives quality in response to the needs of stakeholders and external regulators.
  • Identifies and uses the most appropriate resources, tools and capabilities (e.g. use of standardized audit approaches and Data & Analytics) aimed at improving quality.
  • Performs fundamental accounting research to determine whether clients accounting conforms to its accounting policies and the relevant framework.
  • Ascertains that the engagement files are assembled within an appropriate period after the engagement reports have been finalized and the engagement documentation retained is in accordance with firm requirements.

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Has at least 4 years of experience in the external audit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work be seconded to international engagements virtually and work on shifting schedules

Location: Makati

Work set-up: Hybrid (2-3x a week onsite)

Schedule: Dayshift
