Overview We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Design, Marketing and Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing visually compelling content that aligns with the company’s marketing strategies and brand campaigns across various platforms, including digital media, advertising, marketing materials, multimedia presentations, and events. Responsibilities Executes creative visual content and manages engaging content, including daily updates, announcements, as well as thematic campaigns across different social media platforms Manages beep website by planning and executing strategies that create a positive user experience and online presence Actively engages with followers, visitors and/or customer base with timely, accurate and user-friendly responses and/or feedback Plan, design, and execute all marketing communications, visual design, creative requirements of the team (collaterals, signages, above and below the line materials) and internal clients & stakeholders Monitors campaign performance, identifies areas for improvement, and generates reports Functional Competencies Above average communication skills (verbal and written) Familiarity with and experience/adequate proficiency in using visual design tools (including and especially digital platforms) to execute visual design output (static artwork, video material production and editing, etc.) Awareness of and familiarity with marketing trends and developments and applies them to assigned tasks (when and where applicable). Ability to work independently and within a team, cross-functional structure Educational and Work Background Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent training/certification) in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Graphic Design/Visual Communications or any related disciplines Knowledgeable in various design/creative tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe applications (photoshop, illustrator, etc.) With experience in graphic design and visual content creation, developing effective marketing materials, including assets for advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends and marketing strategies Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Must be able to show portfolio or sample original works for reference #J-18808-Ljbffr
