What will you do

  • Affiliate Coordination (Ecommerce/Social Commerce-Focused)
  • Source, invite, and onboard creators for affiliate content programs on platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Disseminate briefs and brand guidelines to creators and ensure full alignment with campaign expectations.
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and follow-ups via WhatsApp or group chats to drive timely posting.
  • Track creator status and maintain performance sheets to support reporting and billing.
  • Flag potential creators for product sampling or targeted campaigns based on follower tier or niche relevance.
  • Creative Account Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders across assigned brands.
  • Translate client briefs into clear creative direction for designers, copywriters, and production teams.
  • Manage timelines, WIPs, and internal resource coordination to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Review creative outputs to ensure they align with the brand guidelines, brief, and platform best practices.
  • Maintain clear documentation of feedback loops, approvals, and version control across campaigns.
  • Raise potential risks or blockers early and propose solutions to keep projects moving.

What skills and experience you will need?

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, business administration, or any relevant field of study.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to write and speak professionally and persuasively.
  • Organization & Time Management: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
