Makati Central Post Office, Philippines Sodexo Full time ₱600,000 - ₱720,000 per year

Duties include, but are not limited to: · Lead the execution and implementation of Sodexo End-to-End Food Safety Strategic Fundamental Initiative within the APMEA region, supporting deployment of the Global Food Safety Standards to drive improvement in Food Safety Maturity Index; · Develop a strong understanding of Global People and Food Safety Standards and communicate them to the APMEA HSE Professional Family and other relevant stakeholders effectively; · Gather information to enable KPI reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis;

· Perform data quality assurance monitoring and follow-up with respective territory representatives to implement any rectifications; · Support the implementation of the HSE Data & Digital solution, including training, e-form creation and Level 1 support to territories; · Establish strong links with the APMEA HSE Professional Family and other HSE team members, support functions, segment operations, clients and service partners; · Facilitate consultation forums to seek and receive feedback on the design, development, and/or revision of APMEA HSE and Food Safety processes and procedures; · Ensure priorities are scheduled and planned with overview to applicable parties; · Develop communications and/or contribute articles to Sodexo's regular communications and publications to promote APMEA HSE and food safety programs; · Track, validate and report on the implementation of Global Food & People Safety Standards, including reporting results of the gap analysis to standards, as well as action planning & tracking of progress in a manner that is concise and coherent; · Follow up with any outstanding matters/concerns with Territory HSE Leads; · Drive continuous improvement through project management systems improvements and innovation; · Support the development of collaterals for improvement initiatives, including training packages, videos, etc; · Additional functional support as required.

Accountabilities Deployment of End-to-end Food Safety Strategic Fundamental Initiative: · Support the information gathering to consolidate the regional level reporting of gap analysis to the Global Food Safety Standards; · Be proactive in the delivery of strategic plans and programs; · Ensure priorities are scheduled and planned with overview to applicable parties; · Ensure all reporting is collected through inputs from Territory HSE Leads and consolidated into a clear and concise summary at a regional level · Ensure progress reports from territories are validated and supported with relevant information as needed · Develop food safety awareness and training material including eLearning to support deployment of the Global and APMEA food safety standards. Develop focus topic collateral as required. · Conduct regional process and maturity validations including audits as required. Communications: · Develop regional communication materials to support the design, development and deployment of APMEA Food Safety programs and initiatives · Ensure communications are consulted as appropriate with APMEA Brands & Communications representatives to ensure appropriateness and alignment with Sodexo Communications Standards Safety Culture · Live Sodexo's zero harm mindset (this means having an absolute personal commitment to a culture of care for people, for our community

of employees, as well as the consumers we serve every day, so that everyone returns home safe and healthy every day) · Communicate the HSE vision and strategy, engaging with all on priorities for occupational safety and health by promoting the Zero Harm Mindset · Demonstrate Safety leadership behaviours and values at all times · Take every opportunity to communicate about HSE to raise awareness of HSE issues and to learn about the most significant hazards that people are exposed to. HSE Training & Competence · Establish HSE accountabilities to facilitate culture change · Create engagement at all levels across segments to drive culture change into daily operations · Consult with the APMEA Food Safety and HSE Expert Network and Learning & Development teams in the development of training material and eLearning. · Deliver HSE, Food Safety and Safety Culture training as required.

Required profile Qualification: · Bachelor's degree in food science, food technology, microbiology or other related field OR equivalent diploma, qualification or certification on food safety management. · Degrees in other fields will also be considered but in such case, equivalent work experience is required. Experience: · A committed food safety professional with at least 5 years relevant experience in food safety management, preferably in food manufacturing, facilities management or similar industry. · Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, standards and best practices, such as HACCP · Excellent understanding of food safety hazards and risk assessment methodologies · Good working knowledge / exposure to Management Systems including ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO Desirable) · Prior experience in health and safety and food safety auditing is preferred · Good organizational /communication skills e.g. ability to liaise, engage with and train various levels of management and employees. · A high level of literacy with computer and other technology / software tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), with ability to use these tools to deliver expected outcomes · Ability to prioritize, work to tight deadlines, both prescribed and self-imposed · Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels Skills: · Fluency in English for both written and oral communication. · Demonstrate ability to present to and train groups of various size and hierarchical levels, being seen as a credible person capable of working at a regional level. · Demonstrate ability to lead, influence and build effective relationships at all levels · Demonstrate ability to speak effectively with groups of Senior Management, clients, service partners, and employees by developing and delivering multi-
