Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing a team of booking sales representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service to clients. This role involves supervising daily sales activities, implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The Sales Supervisor acts as a link between the sales team and management, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of booking sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.


• Monitor daily sales activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices.


• Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans when necessary.


• Assign sales territories and customer accounts to team members, optimizing coverage and efficiency.


• Monitor and track sales metrics, ensuring team members meet or exceed assigned quotas.


• Assist in resolving client issues and concerns escalated by the sales team, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Work Location:( Route)


•To be assigned for the Central Luzon Area ( Region III)


• Direct report to Pasay Office
