Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Immaculate Concepcion, Cubao – Quezon City

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Offer: 18,000 – 20,000

About the Role:

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process biweekly / semi-monthly payroll for daily rated employees.
• Review timecards, attendance data, and compensation changes for accuracy.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and direct deposit information.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports.
• Respond to employee questions regarding pay, taxes, and timekeeping.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on audits, year-end processing, and system updates.
• Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, HR, or related field (CPA is a plus but not required).
• At least 1 year of payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
