JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dependable and meticulous Field Auditor to join our team. This role is essential in upholding operational excellence across our retail branches by conducting in-depth audits focused on inventory accuracy, cash handling procedures, and overall policy adherence. Your insights will directly contribute to loss prevention initiatives and continuous process improvement across the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conduct routine field audits across multiple store locations with a focus on inventory control, cash management, and compliance with company policies
  • Assess store operations to ensure adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal audit standards
  • Compile and present detailed audit reports that highlight findings, discrepancies, and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with store teams during audits to validate records, address issues, and share feedback
  • Track and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved effectively
  • Identify potential risk areas and suggest preventive measures to minimize shrinkage and operational inefficiencies

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of audit experience, ideally within the retail sector or a multi-branch organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willing to travel frequently for on-site store audits

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday: Office-based (Sta. Cruz, Manila) – audit preparation, documentation, and reporting
  • Tuesday to Saturday: Field-based audits following a fixed weekly route

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
