About the role

As a Process Auditor at Tek CloudSoul Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations. In this contract position, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of the company's processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to optimise performance. Reporting to the Engineering leadership team, you will be based in Manila City, Metro Manila, Philippines, with the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing regular audits of the company's operational processes, including production, quality control, and supply chain management
  2. Analysing data and identifying areas for improvement, such as workflow bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and compliance issues
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions and process optimisation strategies
  4. Documenting audit findings, recommendations, and implementation plans, and presenting them to senior management
  5. Providing training and guidance to employees on process improvement methodologies and best practices
  6. Continuously monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented changes

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in process auditing, quality assurance, or operational improvement roles, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
  3. Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Total Quality Management (TQM)
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels
  6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence software
  7. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Certification such knowledge of auditing techniques, Quality Management Systems (ISO9001, TL 9000), or Six Sigma methodology considered an asset.
