We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative

Location: IT Park Cebu

Work Type: Full-Time, Work On-site

Salary Range: Up to 24k (T&C's Applies)

With or Without CSR Experience is WELCOME

About the Role:

- We are looking for dedicated and committed applicants to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.

- This is a great opportunity to enhance your skillset. In line with this, no prior experience required, as we provide full training, tips, and guidance until you got the job offer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via outbound or inbound calls, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Handle client complaints and issues patiently and empathetically to guarantee a satisfying experience.
  • Manage client's orders, returns, and other service-related duties. Also, provide solutions based on the demands of the clients.
  • Keep thorough records of your customers and follow up to make sure they are satisfied.

Qualification:

- Must be a HS/SHS Graduate

- Must be able to work onsite and can start immediately.

- A pleasant attitude and willingness to learn.

- Good communication skills, verbal and written.

- Basic computer skills and access to a reliable internet connection.
