Role Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Timekeeping and Payout

  • Verifies total required hours worked, extended hours and other timekeeping-related information.
  • Prepares payroll summary and endorses to the client for approval.

Member Handling

  • Identifies, attends, and resolves members' issues and concerns.
  • Orients all new members and monitors adherence to the organization's policies, systems, procedures and client's quality standards.

Reportorial Requirements

  • Gathers and submits data such as absenteeism, tardiness, turnover, profitability, safety practices, fulfillment reports and member-related data.
  • Receives billing documents from the billing processor and submits to the client.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any related course.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time
